Leg extremely tight and painful for first 3 kms. Down shin esp. Broke loose after a while and pretty good after that.

Jan 28 - Canx'd the Run
Called it on account of low morale. Doesn’t happen often but apparently something was telling me not to ride. Probably just as well since yesterday I had to cut Rosaryville short for my knee. Of course, it means no ride on Tuesday and the rest of the week is shot on the Dom Rep trip.
