I decided to check out Google for "sore patella." Found accurate descriptions of my symptoms. Of course it's about mileage again, but I'll try the strap in the meantime and try to do the rehab as described.
First post was 10 April. Is there a connect to the Cyclefest 10K? Or my effort to stay in the saddle on the commute home? Or neither?
